1. If the Property Vendor (Owner) is an individual(s), kindly request and complete an Individual Customer Information Form (a separate form must be completed for each Vendor. A copy of National Identification for each Vendor must be submitted; 
2. If the Property Vendor (Owner) is a company, a Director should complete a Corporate Customer Information Form. A copy of the following documents should be submitted: Articles of Incorporation; Certificate of Registration; a copy of National Identification for each Director
3. Request and complete an Immobilien Limited Listing Form OR a MLS Listing Form; 
4. A copy of Registered Certificate of Title should be submitted.
