This property has deep depressions and is sloped towards the Sue River. It is bordered on one side by a significant tributary and its front faces the Sue River. The majority of the land is sloped but approximately 1 acre is flat land not at river or tributary level. The property is accessible by driving across the bridge located beside the Braineard/Sue River NWC Water Treatment plant. The road is narrow and overgrown and is only accessible by motor vehicle up to a certain point.
